I dont rally know how "ripped" (ad many claim to have gotten) i will get but i think i will lose a decent amount of weight.<br /><br />the difference right out the gate from other TV lose weight programs is that P90X is not easy and in fact in their infomercial they even say that it is hard work. after only 5 days on the program I am starting to feel just how much work this is going to take.<br />I have done martial arts for years and untill the last 3 or so years have been in great shape, but this is by far the most intense, high impact workout i think I have ever done. I have NEVER been so sore in my life.<br /><br />being almost a week into the program i havent seen any major results but that is to be expected. so I want to share my progress with anyone who sees my blog (though as of now i have no followers) so I will post my results every weeks and at the end i will share my before and after pics.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3338980258536020513-5929625745266626178?l=thelonelysentry.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>John Fouserhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03496844368799066686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3338980258536020513.post-1225436177396768662010-02-24T12:41:00.001-08:002010-02-24T12:52:17.935-08:00Luke AFB in Phoenix AZ home to the 56th fighter wing was the scene for a shooting which has been reported as a car theft gone wrong. coming from a fellow Security Forces Airman it would seem that the shooting was perfectly justified as the car not only ran the gate but drove strait at a SF roadblock at 2300hrs on the 22nd.<br /><br />though initially not deemed an act of terrorism, i find it strange that us at the 355th SF (only 100 miles or so south) of anyone have not been given any more details of what transpired.
