So five days ago i started the P90X workout from BeachBody, a program that is suppose to give you awesome results in as little as 90 days. now I really dont like gimmicks or lose weight quick scams you see on TV or on the internet. this program has been out for some time so i decided to give it a try since all the reviews on the internet have been very good. I dont rally know how "ripped" (ad many claim to have gotten) i will get but i think i will lose a decent amount of weight.
the difference right out the gate from other TV lose weight programs is that P90X is not easy and in fact in their infomercial they even say that it is hard work. after only 5 days on the program I am starting to feel just how much work this is going to take.
I have done martial arts for years and untill the last 3 or so years have been in great shape, but this is by far the most intense, high impact workout i think I have ever done. I have NEVER been so sore in my life.
being almost a week into the program i havent seen any major results but that is to be expected. so I want to share my progress with anyone who sees my blog (though as of now i have no followers) so I will post my results every weeks and at the end i will share my before and after pics.
